In this TOOLKIT there are downloable resources for: overview, planning and implementation framework, pedagogy, mobile learning implementation challenges, and mobile learning scenarios. Additionally, this framework aids teachers in designing their mobile learning classroom by including an introduction to mobile learning activities, and a creation of m-activities. Furthermore, it offers advice for the implementation of mobile learning in the classroom through "how to's", lesson plans, readiness checklists, case studies, and videos.

The toolkit is organized under three broad categories Conceptual Framework, Mobile Content and Tools for Mobile learning. They encompass the processes of methodological reflection and practical implementation. The conceptual framework is addressed to provide a methodological background on Mobile Learning and its implications for teaching and learning. It includes an overview on how to get started with Mobile learning, specific insights related to the pedagogy of Mobile learning, a Mobile learning planning and implementation framework, Mobile learning implementation challenges, and a broad definition of possible Mobile Learning teaching and learning scenarios. The Mobile Content category addresses the issue of providing teachers with a set of practical, innovative and sustainable strategies to involve teachers in the development, delivery, and evaluation of mobile content. The design subcategory includes an overview on the specific traits and characteristics of Mobile content, a teacher's guide with the first steps for Mobile content design, a Mobile content checklist, taxonomy of mobile learning activities, and a "how-to" template to create them. The implementation sub-category contains lesson plans, a teacher readiness checklist, relevant use-cases studies and videos including teacher's impressions. The Evaluation subcategory comprises those aspects related to the monitoring and evaluation of Mobile Learning. It includes a "how to" template with the steps to evaluate learning outcomes and a guide to monitoring Mobile Learning programs with indicators. The third and last category, Tools for Mobiles Learning, is aimed at empowering teachers with a mindful set of mobile learning tools for a successful transition from theory to practice which involves, at the same time, reflection and deep thinking. This contains a set of web-based tools, resources, and educational applications that can be used for Mobile Learning.
